Blog updates
Please excuse the mess. My blogging software has been updated lately, so I'm working on a new look and such.
When reading some of my past postings, I noticed how I have grown to a better understanding in some areas, which I can now communicate more effectively on. As I get things clarified/updated, I'll get them republished.
Also, I found 1 topic that I don't agree with any longer. It was pertaining to destiny and whether I should judge a murderer if everything is destined by God. I no longer believe that all things are destined by God. (Well, some things are genetically destined, which stems from God as the Creator). I do believe that God is the Alpha and Omega, He knows all. He knows ahead of time, what our choices will be. I don't believe He is involved in every free-will choice we make, unless we so choose to include Him or if He so chooses to be involved. I believe in our gift of Choice/Free-will, and we choose to include Him in our actions or not. If we do, then He is involved in those day to day activities and involved in those choices. If we do not, then He is a bystander unless He decides to be involved. If we choose to not include Him and He has not included Himself, then, when necessary, Jesus comes into the picture as the Redeemer.
Pertaining to the murderer, my soul testifies against his actions, as something that is wrong. My soul judges the action, not the person because God's Living Word says, Thou Shalt Not Kill. I can not possibly judge the person, unless I am completely in the know of whether there was involvement by God or not.
I'm not going to get much more into this topic now. I want to do this overhaul, then get my experiences and growth re-published in a better layout/easier to understand manner (hopefully it ends up that way!? Please let me know your thoughts!)
We're getting together w/ some friends to eat some ribs and watch the stars tonight. There is supposedly a peak of falling stars tonight and tomorrow night. Hopefully we're far enough outside of the city to enjoy. We need a clear night too! *crossing fingers*
God Bless,
Joseph
